This excursion from Málaga will lead us to discover the essence of Granada, one of the most dazzling gems of Andalusia, offers much more than the world-famous Alhambra, the most significant palace of Arab influence in Europe. You can choose to be picked up from one of the different pick-up points in Costa del Sol or Malaga at the indicated time. Enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 2 hour and a half across the mountain range of Málaga to reach the historical city of Granada. Upon arriving in Granada, you can enjoy free time to explore the Albaicín’s narrow, cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, and charming plazas and Granada city centre, such as to stroll along the Paseo de los Tristes by the Darro River and visit the Carmen de los Mártires gardens. If you choose the option of standard tour you can stop at the Mirador de San Nicolás viewpoint enjoying one of the most stunning views of the Alhambra with the Sierra Nevada mountains in the background, an iconic image that takes the breath away of any visitor. The Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain and an essential stop for anyone visiting Granada from Malaga. If you choose the option with Alhambra tickets you have two options. Complete tour of the Alhambra and Generalife with an Official Guide, including Nasrid Palaces, Palace of Charles V, Generalife Palace, Generalife Gardens, Palatine Archaeological Area, and the Palaces and gardens of the Partal and Yusuf III. Essential tour of the Alhambra and Generalife with an Official Guide, including the Medina and Alcazaba, Palace of Charles V, Generalife Palace, Generalife Gardens, Palatine Archaeological Area, Partal Palace and gardens, and the Palace of Yusuf III. This tour does not include the Nasrid Palaces. After the free time option or the Alhambra visit, you will meet again as a whole group and return to Costa del Sol where your tour will end.

You will see the surroundings of Nasrid Palaces and Gardens, includying Carles V palace.
  • The Alhambra tour will take place in Spanish or English •Please bring your original valid ID or Passport the day of the excursion .
  • Remember to wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes during the winter month
  • Note that the order of the visits may be altered according to the schedule of admittance at the Alhambra Castle since it is not possible to reserve tickets before booking
