As the gateway to Pedregalejo, this extraordinary building from the early twentieth century sets the perfect ambiance to immerse oneself in the unique 'slow life' culture prevalent throughout the neighborhood. The neighborhood's evolution in recent years has also made its mark on the diverse gastronomic scene. Our next destination takes us to one of those remarkable establishments that skillfully blend tradition and modernity in their culinary creations. Indulge in their original cuisine featuring seasonal tomatoes, locally sourced cheeses with designated origins, and the bounties of the sea.
